FAQ’s
When should I book my baby to be photographed?
Newborns are ideally photographed 10-14 days for the dreamy sleepy shots or aged between 6-12 weeks of age. Any time after your 12 week scan. I will make a note of your due date and when your baby has made it earth side we can select a time and date that works with you.
How long will the sessions be?
Newborn sessions usually take between 1-2 hours and older baby sessions around 1 hour. The sessions are never rushed and babies lead all the way, if your baby needs to feed then feed. I run a relaxed baby led style shoot.
After my photography session when will I receive my images?
I take up to two weeks after our session together to professionaly edit all your digital images, but I aim to get them to their forever home sooner. You will get a private gallery sent to you then you can choose your images included in your session fee. You can upgrade if you would love more images and prints.
What should I wear and bring?
To get the most beautiful images - neutral none patterned tones work really well for timeless photos. I have a baby wardrobe full of clothes for you to use and i can help with the styling. I will send a session prep guide across when booking.
How are payments made?
When booking your session I take a none refundable payment of £50 deposit. This secures a date with me and also helps spreads the cost for you.
The remaining portion of your fee must be paid on the day of your session all via bank transfer.
Where will the sessions take place?
You shoot will take place in my home studio which is warm, minimal, light and cosy for you and you baby. My in home studio is located on the outskirts of Windsor town centre, Berkshire.
